< Rest in Pieces > is recruiting for Cata...

Guild Recruitment
<Rest in Pieces> of Quel'dorei (CST) is a 25 man [H] progression raiding guild. We are looking for exceptional players who are mature, highly competitive, and analytical in their approach to the game; while at the same time remaining humble and patient. While gear doesn't mean as much at this point in the expansion we're looking for people on our skill level. We're not looking for a project, we want raid members that can contribute and pull their own.

Currently, recruitment is OPEN for all classes/specs in preparation for Cataclysm. However, an emphasis is placed on the more important roles - we're looking primarily for healers and 1 tank currently. In regard to DPS, all classes/specs are open for recruiting.

Raid Times
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 8pm-11pm CST. Invites go out at 7:40.

WotLK Progression
12/12 ICC 25 * 11/12 HM (Glory)
12/12 ICC 10 * 12/12 HM (Glory)

14/14 Ulduar 25 (Glory)
14/14 Ulduar 10 (Glory)

We run a loot council. The officers take into account attendance, performance and current gear level (ie. how much of an upgrade it would be) in distributing loot and try to be as fair as we can.

What we expect from you
You should always be prepared with flasks, potions, food and elixirs, coming fully repaired, gemmed, and enchanted, having no extended afks during the raid - these go without saying.

You should know your class extremely well, and you should read up on current theory crafting for your class and your main spec. You should know which stats you need on gear and in what order of preference. For DPS classes you should know what your optimum DPS rotation is and which spec is most viable. For tanks and healers you should know what abilities to use and when, and have excellent reaction times.

You should understand that wiping to bosses is necessary for progression, and loot is not simply going to throw itself at you. If you lose focus after a few wipes, or expect to be carried through content, we aren't for you.

For interested parties, feel free to visit our website and toss up an app on our forums. Please take time when filling out the application - it is important. It is our first impression of a possible new recruit and if you don't take it seriously, we won't take your app seriously.

If you have any questions at all feel free to get a hold of any officer in game. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you soon!
