New Phone Lost Authenticator

I recently purchased a new smart phone..I had a mobile authenticator on my old one....so no big deal i download it again on my new phone but you have to link it using a serial...problem is i cannot log into my battle.net to link the new auth because i have to enter a code to log in... help would be appreciated. Sadly while buying a new thing the last thing on my mind was removing my authenticators from my account.

If you still have it installed on your old phone, you can use that to log in and remove it, then attach the new one.

Otherwise, a call to billing will be able to take care of it for you.

I no longer have my old phone... I was hacked once before and a simple post on the forums removed the authenticator from my account....welp here goes being on hold for an hour! Thanks for the help everyone.

Yes you use to be able to get unauthorized authenticators added during a compromise removed by posting on the forums. however this never applied to legit authenticators that were lost, broken, not working etc. This has always required a call to billing so they can verify you are that you are the account owner before they will remove it. This is for our protection. :)
