Do druids need a Flight Master's License?

Druid
Since druids learn flying as a spell I suppose druids do not need to buy the license to fly in Azeroth...right?
Everybody needs to buy the license to fly in Azeroth.

The only thing flight form does is make flight an instant spell (pure awesomeness) and change the cost to buy a mount into the cost to train a spell. It saves us a buck, but that's about it.
Remember, don't drink and fly.
Yes, you will be required to buy it should you like to fly in Azeroth.
The Flight Master License has such a low cost because it is not a Gold Sink like other Flying Skills but rather a barrier to make sure only Players that purchase Cata are given the ability to fly around Azeroth.
my druid just got to 60 were do i get flight master license?

Stormwind, by the flight path. I'm pretty sure there's a flying trainer there.
You're supposed to but as long as you keep an eye out for stormwind guards you can probably get away with it.*

*Not actually true at all

...Or is it...?
what im wondering is why do they give you the flight form at 58 but you cant use it till 60?
You can use it in Outland at 58. Flying was originally introduced in BC and it wasn't until Cata that you could do it in vanilla zones at all (and you *still* can't in BE and Draenei starter areas).
