None about Hunter strength

Weren't you the first person to mention something other then trap

We're talking about HUNTER TRAP MECHANICS.

Of which by default the conversation is about both MoP and WoD traps

Can you shut up now?

What a constructive and positive post. Thanks =]

Nope.

Which has nothing to do with the strength of Hunters.

Just lol. How many times did you burst into uncontrollable giggles during your troll?

Hunters have two CCs people.

TWO.

I can hop on a Mage, Boomkin, or a Warlock and CC someone longer than a Hunter can right now. I can also simultaneously do more damage as well.

Traps were far too buggy for me to agree with the removal of instant arming traps. I don't have to walk around a trap for 30 minutes anymore to get it to activate.

More skill in landing successful MoP Traps? Yes.

Would it make sense to have such a difficult CC to land as one of your only 2 CCs, with no way to cover them anymore? Hell no.

This was your first post

I see mention of Hunter CC

I see comparisons to MoP

You actually just proved my point.

I was talking about Trap Mechanics in WoD, and the reason they're justified right meow. The lack of other Hunter CC is a damn good one.

So you were bringing up MoP hunter?

What do you mean what?
Honestly, did you confuse yourself?

We ARE NOT talking about the strength of the Hunter class as a whole.
We are talking about their traps, and the strength of its mechanics.

You're trying to somehow turn this into a thread about the strength of Hunters as a whole, which is not what this thread is about.

There's not much to talk about, honestly.

MoP Traps were more skillful, but in the WoD setting where Hunters only have 2 CCs, one of which is an AoE 3 second Stun, or a castable Wyvern, there's no room for a Trap with a 30 minute long arming time.
I'll miss the mechanic for Freezing Trap, but unless they add CC to compensate for the removal of instant arming, there's not much they can do without harming Hunters viability significantly. Nothing much else to discuss.

The rest is people just reiterating and trolling me.
Also people spam downvoting me, because it's funny.

It can't be because they disagree with me, because I agree it's a skill-less mechanic.
Doesn't make it any less necessary for Warlords of Draenor™.
Instant trap is stupid. "It's important to remember that we're not dumbing down the game."

Oh, Blizzard.

@Vercinotrix: the gameplay will be dumber because of the melee cleaves that will rule the meta. Melee cleave gameplay is even worse than wizard cleave gameplay. At this point, the only way to salvage wod pvp will be if people are forced to queue melee caster healer.
