LATENCY TIME WARNER CABLE HELP

Technical Support
Im having extreme lag when i raid. I had 93 ms all day untill raid when i zoned into blackwing decent i started getting 400-500 ms raiding which is unplayable healing anyways..
I live in california. I did a speed test with time warner cable im having perfect connection so its blizzard game.

Any help would be suffice to improve my ping.
Same thing. California and also Time Warner. Sitting atm at 400 ms but was at 900. yesterday it spiked to 4000.

There was a multi-page thread dealing with Time Warner/WoW issues but I cannot find it now. This simply needs to be fixed, whatever the issue is.
same problem in North Carolina but from 100ms to 500-2700 i feel like im getting big packet loss at raid times
North Carolina here as well, running on Time-Warner. Constant high latency anywhere from ~250 to 1000 and disconnects multiple times a day.

Had a technician come out to my house, he tested all the cable lines and found no problem with the connection whatsoever. Speed tests are showing ~50ms ping and fine connection.

Seems to spike in dungeons, this problem has been going on for weeks now.
I'm having the same issue, i live in NC and am using TWC. i didn't have this issue till just a few days ago. seems to start after going into an instance, then just stays at 300ms - 1100ms.

Im having the same issue, it appears to only be during raids. My latency is normally at around 120-140, during raids it jumps to 240 all the way to 1400+ which makes it unplayable, i have even turned down all settings. I have tested other games and have no issue at all. Im in Tampa, FL using Time Warner Brighthouse.
I am in Fla and use Road Runner for internet. I having the same issues- Something has to be done this is rediculous. I think we should all call our ISP. We spend 15.00 to play wow and alot more to have internet.
past couple days, same thing with time warner in NY. fml...
Same here im in Socal Orange County with Time warner running hardlined. I cant even raid my ping just builds and once it hits 9k ms I disconnect. I can barely sit in org I sitll have 1000 ms. It seems to only be relaly high after 4pm. PLEASE HELP BLIZZARD IM ON DAY 2!
Im having the same problem as well, i'll be sitting at 100 MS then all of the sudden it rises to 500-1400. Everything else, excluding wow, is perfectly fine. It seems WoW is the only thing lagging horribly, it makes it unplayable. Honestly this is retarded and should be fixed in the next few hours.

Edit: I have Time warner, Roadrunner and live in So Cal LA county
Having same issues as are 7-8 people in my guild. Recent trace route.

Not sure what else to do.
Same I use Time Warner RR in NYC and massive combat lag during peak times even in 5 man heroics. This has been happening for 2-3 days now.
I'm getting high latency as well, up to 2,000 ms. I live in SoCal. This has been happening for about two days.

Same deal, Time Warner RR in NYC as well.
I too am lagging in NC. 500-600 ms making raid healing literally unplayable.

I called them and they said everything is working fine and there are no problems. Just what I'd expect from time warner (bright house). They've alwys provided terrible service when they come out here to even check the problem.

Quote from a bright house representative: "Your signal is low but that would require new cable lines and of course we cannot do that."

That in fact isn't correct. I've looked through all the forums here and talked to Time Warner. Blizzard changed how they run their servers and since then there has been problems with Time Warner and Blizzard servers. I've ran speed tests, reset modems, opened ports, remote diagnostic tests, and had technicians come to my house to test cabling. Non of which proved to be the problem with Time Warner isp. Blizzard has to figure out a way for Time Warner and their servers to communicate correctly. I'm still in the process of discussing this issue with blizzard but with 1hr+ wait times it's hard to be able to talk to anyone.

Myself and multiple members in my guild and other guilds are all having the same issue and live in different areas across the U.S. so it's not just a local area but a total comm. problem. I'm in one of the higher tier guilds on my server and for us to have problem and not be able to raid is killing our progression. We pay $15 a month alone for wow and then more for internet I would expect a problem of this magnitude to be solved quickly and not be continuing for the time it has been.
