level requirement for max professions

Professions
I assume I just can't have max 525 skill in profs on a lv 1 alt, does anyone know what the level requirements are? wowwiki isn't very helpful on this.
I don't remember all the breaks, but....

lv35 (225)
lv50 (300)

lv75 (525)

(525 has the additional requirement for many profs, that you need to be lv84 and partially quested into Twilight Highlands to get access to the final tier of recipes.)
I think it goes like this:

You need to be at least level 10 to level your profession skill past 75.
You need to be at least level 20 to level your profession skill past 150.
You need to be at least level 35 to level your profession skill past 225.
You need to be at least level 50 to level your profession skill past 300.
You need to be at least level 65 to level your profession skill past 375.
You need to be at least level 80 to level your profession skill past 450.

Gathering professions are lower, though. I worked this little table out the other day because wowhead is so utterly lame on this subject:

Profession Lvl
Journeyman 75 (need to be lvl 10 to surpass; no lvl requirement for gathering professions)
Expert 150 (need to be lvl 20 to surpass; 10 for gathering)
Artisan 225 (need to be lvl 35 to surpass; 25 for gathering)
Master 300 (need to be lvl 50 to surpass; 40 for gathering)
Grand Master 375 (need to be lvl 65 to surpass; 55 for gathering)
Illustrious Grand Master 450 (need to be lvl 75 to surpass)
525 (effectively, some professions need to be lvl 84 to reach presently due to necessary recipes being in a lvl 84 area)

General formula: (5*lvl)+25 to be at your approximate level to use the items crafted.
Above lvl 80, the formula is (15*lvl)+25. NB: The curve in Jewelcrafting is a bit higher at the start (to use skill 1 items need to be lvl 10) and then flattens (only 75 at lvl 20), but agrees with the general formula by lvl 35=200 and onwards.
NB2: This chart does not apply to Fishing.
THANK YOU GUYS :DDDDDDDD
