Actions tried so far:

1. Submitted MSInfo, WinMTR, Tracert, Looking Glass, Screenshot of High World Latency, etc.
2. Flush DNS and Google DNS
3. Disabled Firewall
4. Port Forwarding
5. Changed ISP
6. Bypass 3rd Party Router
7. Disabled WoWBrowserProxy.exe
8. Updated Video Card Driver
9. Updated Network Adaptor Driver + Reinstall
10. Reinstalled WoW and Battle Net Launcher
11. Deleted WTF Cache and Interface
12. Run WoW without Battle Net Launcher
13. Configure Battle Net Launcher to close when game is running.
14. Ensured no background downloads.
15. Tried various VPNs - WTFast, Battleping etc.
16. Tried different routes via VPNs - London / New York / Tokyo / Singapore / Sydney / Amsterdam
17. Tried ServerHop Addon
18. Replaced UI with ElvUI
19. Used only default UI
20. Disabled WLAN Config
21. Used Leatrix Latency Fix
22. Checked Router Settings
23. Changed Network Adaptor Properties
24. Created characters on US, EU, and Oceanic servers which all have the same problem
25. Disabled Windows Firewall and Defender

No result.

For the past 3 weeks I've been getting low Home Latency (<200ms) but high World Latency (>9kms).

I've tried everything listed in these forums and troubleshooting to no avail. Nothing else is affected. Other Blizzard games like Overwatch aren't experiencing such latency issues.

The game is unplayable. I need help.

Just started getting something similar. Home is 24ms, World is over 5Kms. Was playing fine for about 30 mins then it started. Never seen this before. Restarted WoW client and it was ok for about 3 mins then started again. Will restart modem, PC etc and see what happens.

I'm having weird latency issues here as well. Checked all my ports/firewall settings. Checked exceptions for antivirus. Reset network and made sure my drivers were up to date.

!@#$'s still going on. Something on their end I expect.

%^-* happens with new expansions. Growing pains are to be expected, but I'm with you on things being unplayable...

How are you supposed to play when you lag out constantly?
same. most of the time the latency is so high making game play impossible. for whatever reason, sometimes it's not an issue but that has become rare.

bottom line, the game is unplayable which is unacceptable.
Probably just coincidence, but after reboot of modem and PC about 2 hours ago it's been fine.
Problem still prevalent. Would appreciate a some official help.

There are several threads like this but it always seems to be unresolved. It's not a problem isolated to a locality, ISP, or rig.
Anyone have a solution to this?
I think there are no solutions, same is happening to me and I'm losing game time as we speak, which is quite expensive on my land.
Still having this issue. Yesterday, I was posting about it in other threads, got down voted by the community. Blue techs said it wasn't wide spread, then the world servers crashed.... mmm hmm.

I'm paying for the game like many others who also do and are affected by this like you and me, the problem is widespread and it's being ignored by blizz apparently. What are we supposed to do? We won't be given any refunds, right?
I get this too. My normal latency is 60ms home and world. I can still play reasonable well at 400ms (on wireless in the middle of nowhere, you get used to it) but it's been going 3000+ since 7.0.3 released. Last night after the ddos was supposedly over, I had 16,000ms. Logged in. Waited 3 minutes to load, found I was dead, waited 3 more minutes for the minimap to show me where my corpse was, got my corpse, hearthed and waited 3 minutes to load in. Logged. But everything else, other games and regular Internet use, was normal.
Wonder what it'll take for some blue attention.

It done everything possible. Posted logs and stuff but not a single blue response.

same. but sometimes it changes like 40 ms home and 300ms world. 400 home ms and 90 world ms?
Glad I'm not the only one.. I hope this is fixed soon I really like the class changes but cant enjoy it as much with the world server lag.. I'm getting low home MS (60) and high world server MS (400-1k+)
Can't play your game Blizzard due to this issue, listen to your customers!
