Comcast isn't reporting any outages in my area, but I started getting this error about two hours ago, pretty much as soon as my character loads or I attempt my password, I'm immediately met with this error code. Internet browsing is fine before and after the disconnects. Located in Utah.
Once again, I have run the WinMTR program. I got DC'd 15 times within a space of 30 minutes.

On Friday last week I had a Comcast technician come to my house, install a brand new dual band modem in my house. He placed my son's Xbox on a separate line from my ethernet connection to give him more speed and to take some of the strain off of my system. I upgraded the speed of my home internet connection to the maximum that Comcast offers. I am still getting disconnects with error 319 from WOW. There is no end in sight. This has been happening since July!!!! When will this end? I have been playing for over 8 years and am very tempted to abandon my account and say ____ it.
For what its worth, I had disconnect issues using Xfinity/Comcast for the past several months. I would be disconnected more frequently during peak hours. I was able to fix the issue (been fixed for a week now) by changing the Xfinity Arris modem to bridge mode and putting a Linksys router/firewall inline instead of using the router/firewall built into the Arris. I haven't had a week of disconnect free time in months until this change.

A guild-mate of mine did the same thing with a different modem/router. She replaced the Xfinity modem with Netgear modem and a separate Netgear router and has been disconnect free for about 2 weeks now.

You had the new XB3? That's interesting - I've been complaining to the Dev team about the same thing. I will let them know there is definitely something up.
