Game is lagging and has multiple disconnects

Technical Support
I see I'm not the only one. My wife plays next to me and is having the same issues. Before you ask yes I have reset my UI.

This is a very resent problem within the last 2 days.
Hey there Sionz,

If both you and your wife started having those disconnect issues around the same time, the first thing I would definitely check is the connection itself. If you are both using wireless I'd recommend switching to a wired connection as a test to see if that stabilizes things, since a very common source of disconnects is wireless interference.

Another thing to try is power cycling all of your network devices (modem, router, PC) since sometimes they just need a refresh to get working again.

If those steps don't help, a good way to find what is going on with disconnects would be to run a Pathping test, or if those disconnects are pretty infrequent try the more detailed MTR test instead. The data from those tests can really help us in pinpointing where in the path a connection issue is starting, and get us on track to getting you fixed up.
here is where I am at. I do have a hardwire connection and have been using that connection for some time. My wife is on wireless.

We are also seeing some serious lag when landing at a flight point, and loading screens are very slow in all areas.
Still having the issues with your product. I logged on this morning hoping it was fixed somehow. I am experiencing long loading screens, random disconnects, when flying, the game cannot keep up with the visuals. Lots of "stuttering" when playing on the ground. I just got frustrated yesterday and did not play.

These issues started either sometime on Friday evening 4/7/17 or early Saturday 4/8/17. Again as stated above I am using a hard connection and my wife is using a wireless connection. She is having the same issues. Any chance to get this fixed before raid today? Thank you.
Hey there!

I was hoping to get some additional information from you on this so we could continue to investigate. The MTR test you sent measures our connection to you and that seems to be normal at the time of the test. We would actually like to get a specific test done using WinMTR as that will get us a live look at your connection to us.

Since this is happening to both of you, the issue is likely network or connection related. The WinMTR will let us see if that is the case. Just click on WinMTR and follow the steps on that page. Save the results and paste them here.
