Resto Drood or Holy Pal

General Discussion
See ive been wanting to level a new healer but I can decide if I want a Resto druid or an holy pal. Am not looking for the best but mostly the most fun. So if I could get some advice it would be really appreciated

Thanks You
Resto. Or stay as Priest.

NEVER roll a Paladin. I used my Legion boost on it... regrets...
Two different types of healers really.
If your looking for something as tanky as a Priest though look at Druids.
Paladins are pretty squishy compared to Priests/Druids.
Paladins are reactive healers.
Druids are proactive healers.

Personally I love HPally, but I can't play Resto Druids with Hots.
If you're going to call it "Drood"

Then please play Paladin -_-

What? No... I have the highest survivability of anyone in my raid short of the Tanks.

>Plate
>Almost 6mil health w/Prydaz
>Prydaz Bubble
>Divine Intervention w/short CD
>Divine Shield
>Self heals (Usually throw Bestow Faith on Myself whenever I take a hit of damage.)
>Lay on Hands (Instant Full Heal)
>Blessing of Protection can bubble and Ally or yourself if you don't have the debuff from Dinine Shield.
>We also get a Damage Reduction bonus stat as Holy iirc.

I can cheat so many raid mechanics.
Paladin.

H Priests already are a raw output machine.
Druids function similarly, but are niche in certain builds and in extremely high mobility situations. They also require a ton of legendaries to function effectively.

Hpals get bubble, bop, matyr, 3 different auras. They have all around great utility.

Granted wings aren't as jesus as they used to be, still hella cool to have.

Just my two cents.

Resto shaman's also good because you're bound to get all the gear in a 20 man raid on master looter if you're the only mail user.
Play druid! They can go melee dps, range dps, tank or heal anytime you want..

All in one...

Priests, especially Disp. spec, but even Holy spec. are much more tanky than Paladins, I hate to burst your bubble (so to speak).

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying it makes sense.

I don't know anyone who mains Disc. But in my experience Holy Priests have more powerful heals but can be easily one-shot.

I've solo soaked a large Armageddon without an immunity as well as maidens hammer and Avatar's Heroic Soaking Mechanic.
