Reimbursement Please

Almost 3 Weeks now. No App.
A portion of my playing is Via WoW Armory.

Now I cant even log into the game and actually play.

I have been playing WoW for 11 years now. I have never EVER experienced anything like this before. This is just unacceptable.

What other service do you pay for that you cannot access fully for 3 weeks?
None.

I would like to be reimbursed for time lost.
could you log into the game while the app was down?

you could access the product you paid for

this was the same issues every xpac
god forbid you actually log into a game and play it the way its meant to be played
Yes of course when the app was down.

but alas it is still down, and the game as well.

And no my friend, that is not the case with every Expansion.

One voice will not make something happen. I cannot be the only one that is not satisfied with how Blizzard is handling things at the moment. I believe they have bitten off more than they could chew at this point.

yes it was

bc had maint almost every day

wrath had log in issues

cata god forbid was a mess at launch

mop there were so many people trying to do the start quest you sat there for an hour

Yes but how long did this issues last? It was not 3 weeks.

You don't pay to use the app so NO reimbursement.


The Armory app is a part of gameplay. In a sense yes, I do pay for this service as well. Everyone does with their sub. "Maintenance and 3rd Part Endeavors"
the app is a bonus to the game

if it goes down its not required to play

I'm going to save the time of whatever moderator that may stumble across this post and tell you that you don't come here for reimbursement and if you want a reimbursement then you should contact billing and plead your case. Unless you came here for pity from others, in that case I doubt you will get any.

Bingo. You're paying for the game via PC, which has been up the whole time. The app is just a bonus perk. I'm surprised it's even around since I don't know many that use it.

No it's not. They could delete the app completely and they would still owe you nothing.
3 weeks does seem long. I have made less gold since I had to manually post items. OP does have a point, should have been fixed by now.
Agree or Disagree to my post.

I am just saying, I have been dealing with these down times for 3 Weeks now.

Doesn't matter how or when I use the App. I still use it as a part of my gameplay.
I am just saying, from a business perspective this is unacceptable.
In my line of work, if I was to send them something defective - the company as a whole would take the blame for it, and make it better. Because without customers, they do not have a job.

I am not here to argue. Like I said, just venting out my frustrations with the issues at hand.
