App works just fine for me, unless you are talking about the auction house. Then you will have to wait til it's fixed. There are other things right now that are more important to fix atm. like others have said the app is a bonus. If you have been playing wow for 11 years then you have ran into more bad experience than this.

Doesn't matter how or when I use the App. I still use it as a part of my gameplay.
I am just saying, from a business perspective this is unacceptable.
In my line of work, if I was to send them something defective - the company as a whole would take the blame for it, and make it better. Because without customers, they do not have a job.

I am not here to argue. Like I said, just venting out my frustrations with the issues at hand.

We can't access the game. On the app. That's part of the subscription we signed up for. So mind your own business.

The app is free. . .you are owed othing


The client is free. The subscription is what we pay for - it includes game time in the app.

You mind your own business! It's obvious he is NOT a customer service person. He's allowed to offer his assistance if he choses to make it his business. The OP made a public post specifically to make it other people's business. You can chose to listen to him or not.

Yessir I have. But I am sorry, I do not recall it lasting 3 weeks.
