Teldrassil needs to be burnt

General Discussion
Teldrassil has been corrupted before by the Emerald Nightmare and corrupted powerful Druids.

Following a break between attempts to heal Teldrassil, Hamuul decides to lay a hand on the tree itself. Shockingly, he is able to hear whispers from the tree, and not like the usual way druids listen to nature speak. He then realizes the World Tree is going mad, and attempts to tell the rest of the Circle of this. Fandral, however, dismisses his claims, stating that it is only the old tauren's weariness as they all had been expending so much energy to heal the tree. Fandral then apologizes to him for silently condemning him for Broll's actions, and instructs Hamuul to rest earlier than the others. The tauren, however, is unconvinced his tired mind was playing tricks on him.

Eventually, he and Naralex discovers Fandral's duplicity, having been driven mad by the Emerald Nightmare and Teldrassil itself. Shandris Feathermoon, Naralex, and he are silenced before they can act against him, as he easily overpowers them. Fortunately, Malfurion arrives thanks to Hamuul´s warnings echoes not soon after, freeing the three as he fights Fandral. Though they were freed, Naralex was unconscious and Hamuul tried to heal him, but he needed to done more. Hamuul, Broll, Malfurion and Shandris were then able to warn the other druids, who although not entirely believing them, are of reasonable enough mind to discover the truth themselves. Hamuul is, obviously, one of the first to immediately side with Malfurion, and later plays an important part in their final conflict against the Emerald Nightmare. While many of the others take their fight into the Dream, Hamuul stays awake to defend their bodies against the apparitions that appear in the waking world. After these events, Hamuul takes up the human Lucan Foxblood as his student to further assist him in utilizing his unique abilities.

Time to burn it down. It has been corrupted once and so is obviously able to be corrupted again. We don't need a beacon like this as a conduit for the Old Gods to come into Azeroth. Teldrassil is as corrupted as the Night Elves themselves.

Best to burn it down. Now!
Pretty sure Nomi beats you to it.
hehe good one!

we've already seen what a corrupted thunder bluff looks like just from the background of the EM raid, so that means we need to burn it down as well!, I'm all game for that. your killing our tree so we get to kill your mountain next
You are not seeing an actual corrupted Thunder Bluiff. You are seeing Elerethe's (Night Elf) "vision" of Thunder Bluff. Elerethe believes that Hamuul and the Tauren betrayed her. They didn't it was the Twilight's Hammer.

Of course Elerethe is trying to kill us before we can get to big daddy Night Elf Xavius.

More evidence that the Night Elves and Teldrassil are the epitome of corruption and need to be burnt.
Teldrassil was cleansed though and blessed by the Aspects. It was corrupted in the past, yes, but that was corrected and it is no longer the case. To think it will fall again just because it was in the past ignores the current protections in place, and is a logical fallacy.

If you ever quested in Teldrassil, you would see that the player teams up with Life Aspect to completely cure the tree of any corruption.

There is no more corruption from the tree.

Also, if the World Tree's are so important why did Archimode try so hard to burn Nordrassil which the Nightelves sacrificed their immortality to save?

Burning a world tree has dire consequences for the Azeroth if Archimode was hell-bent on burning one.
Teldrassil is cleansed.

Uncheck that excuse off the Horde's list of excuses to justify their actions against the Alliance.
Teldrassil still cannot restore the Night Elves immortality. It is NOT what is once was. If it was totally cleansed why don't the Night Elves have their immortality?

Best to burn it to be on the safe side.

Because Nozdormu didn't give his blessing, nothing more.

Pls Horde pals. When you're searching for excuses to attack, at least investigate. Thanks to you i lost all my Ysera's magazines!

I know i should've listened to Hamuul and saved it in the Emerald Dream.
Didn't we cleanse the corruption?

Fairly sure in the Cataclysm revamp the final quest of the zone is you being blessed by Elune and purging The Nightmare from the place.

Maybe that is the point of Nomi, he will be the next Faction Hero Leader of the Pandarans that we help in burning down Teldrassil.
No, we need to burn it because a large host of Hippies live there.

Teldrassil still cannot restore the Night Elves immortality.

Fandral was the one who claimed that Teldrassil would restore their immortality, none of the Aspects gave that promise. It was never going to in the first place. Nozdormu didn't bless Teldrassil because of Fandral.
Teldressil will never.... ever in a million years be a false flag....

You can throw that one out of the window.

False flags are not something we talk about.
Look we all know tuskarr would make great rogues
Eh, if you read the book wolfheart, meiev tried to go night elf master race on us. A whole lot of that going around it seems.

Maiev is kind of crazy. Many of the Wardens are. Most of the prominent night elves tend to be rather benevolent.
I get it,you just want to burn trees.Heck, sometimes even i want to burn trees when these tree huggers get to me.Just go ahead and do it,no need for these excuses.
