Sylvanas did nothing wrong

Story Forum
For years Night Elves have denied the Horde valuable Lumber to build Hospitals, Schools and Orphanages. Genn attacked Sylvanas at Stormheim despite a previously established peace and the Alliance did nothing to punish them? We were supposed to be working together to defeat the Legion? Alliance cannot be trusted to allow the Horde to survive. Their ultimate goal is subjugation and ultimately extermination and even deportation. You really think the Alliance wants anything less than to bring back the internment camps? They will smile to your face but stab you in the back. Horde stab you in the front. Sylvanas did nothing wrong. You wanted war. Now take responsibility.
The Horde's actions are entirely in-character. But the way they're presented in the game and by the writers are just stupid.

Been saying it for years: many role-players in this community are putting in more thought and work into the writing and universe than the people who run it, and that's bassackwards from many communities where it's the fanbase that ruins it.
Horde broke the peace treaty in Ashran. Genn did everything right.

Night Elves don't need to care for alien invaders randomly butchering their sacred zones.

Orcs were genocidal invaders who were put into camps.
Stop don’t defend this horrible writing. We hordes need to just accept that we are the villain faction that will only have development for the purpose of being the villains.

During times of faction peace we will work under allaince heros.

Horde shouldn’t of been evil, that isn’t the horde of wow. However this new lore team seems to think so the writers think so.

Honestly I don’t expect much from blizzard going forward as far as horde development goes.

So you're saying Genn justified his attack because of Ashran? Pretty sure that's not how it went down...

" " " Sacred " " " Trees don't matter so much when you have Hordies in Orgrimmar living under tarps in a ghetto. Hordies deserve homes!
No. I can't play this verbal game any more. Despite their promises, Blizzard have not given the Horde any leg to stand on.

You asked for peace treaty. I give you the new and improved "Horde broke the treaty in Ashran".

Genn didn't break any treaty. Your Horde burnt it.

Hordies in Orgrimmar can be grateful to even have a place on the planet they constantly try to genocide randomly

Horde being evil is not horrible writing. It's the first time anyone has been honest about the Horde.

Uhh what? Stormheim was long after Ashran. That's the peace we're talking about here. Besides, most of the homeless in Orgrimmar are Goblins who were fleeing the Cataclysm.
you're a geopolitical brainlet tbh

you think that's what the night elves were thinking as they murdered the innocent peons collecting the necessary wood to build critical infrastructure necessary for life?

Whether the Horde broke it or not doesn't matter as far as Ashran goes, because a new treaty was established when the Legion showed up. Which Genn was the one to attack first thus would have broken the treaty but, Blizz has just ignored it for BfA.
exactly, and you could even argue that Sylvanas' target of Darnassus makes even more sense because it's where the Worgens are hanging out

power sliding into a mounted enemy seems pretty wrong

They didn't need to make them evil, just unapologetic.

The Alliance wasn't going to suddenly start liking the Horde ever.
