Looking for LATE NIGHT guild! (11pm CST+)

Guild Recruitment
About Me:
I'm an older player and I've been around since vanilla. I have experience in all levels of raiding from casual to hardcore, from MC40 to EN AOTC. The guild i was in with some friends fell apart after that so I took a short break before returning to finish out Legion casually.

What I Play:
Horde or Alliance, it doesn't matter. Melee DPS is my specialty, frost deathknight, retribution paladin, fury/arms warrior, rogue, or feral druid, and I also enjoy playing hunter(ranged).

What I'm Looking For:
A home. A late night adult guild, reasonably well established, with a good raid atmosphere, and consistently gets their AOTC's. Would also be interested in mythic raiding with a good group who handle guild issues respectfully and with dignity.

My Availability:
Sunday through Thursday, 11:00pm CST or later.

I am willing to transfer or boost on any decently populated server.

If your guild has a spot open for me I'd be happy to hear from you!

Thank you for your time.

Hello!

Guild Name: <murlocs>
Website: murlocs.com
Server: Mal'ganis Horde

I'll keep it simple. We're a awesome guild with people who meet up monthly and raid weekly. Our raider experiences range from Top World Raiders (Previous US Top 50 players), to first time raiders (and faster learners).

We like to focus on community, over progression, but still maintain a "serious casual" relationship in game. We will be casually pushing mythic content in BFA.

  • Expectations
    1. Good Attitude – Our raids are high-pressure situations a lot of the time. Mistakes can and will be made by anyone in the raid. Your attitude must allow for identifying such mistakes, the willingness to admit failure, and the drive to correct such failure. Criticism can and must be met with a level head and the determination to amend your play accordingly. Nobody is above being called out for a mistake. Getting angry at your fellow raiders for pointing out errors during farm or progression will achieve nothing except the re-opening of recruitment.

    2. Awareness – Encounters in this game will consistently find ways to kill you, ranging from simple fire mechanics to meteor strikes to sonic discs. If your awareness is lacking in any department, it will become readily apparent. We do not want people that cannot adapt quickly and efficiently to the challenging Mythic encounters of this tier and beyond.

    3. Performance – Every boss fight is different. How quickly you are able to form a solid, consistent DPS (or HPS) strategy around the challenges of the encounter means everything. Maximizing output is a must. People who can adapt to any encounter, old or new, on the turn of a dime, are the people we want.

    4. Attendance – The same players consistently showing up is one of the greatest keys to fast progression and reliable farm. Our final roster will be under 30 players, and we only raid 3 hours a night, 3 nights a week, so our schedule should be easy to make with 100% attendance, barring real life circumstances that can and will happen to everyone from time to time.
    Trial Period
Once accepted into the guild, you will be placed into a trial period that lasts 2-4weeks. During this time, you will be evaluated and see how well you perform in our raid environment. Once we see how you play, we will have a brief talk with you and let you know if you passed your trail or not.

Here is a link to our main post if you want to see more information about how we work: https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20765587244#1

We are Old Line State - named after the state of Maryland in the North American territory. We are compromised of many types of players from casuals - to hardcore. However, don't let that fool you; when it comes to raiding and mythic+ we are a semi-hardcore focused environment. We were originally known as Fear the Living on Bleeding Hollow when Legion first came out and have continued to have the same leadership throughout Legion and going into BFA. After transferring to Stormrage (alliance) halfway through Legion, we have found a stable server environment and have ultimately decided to go back to horde for the duration of BFA and the future. During Legion we cleared every raid tier on Heroic but are looking to progress into Mythic more during BFA.

  • Raid Days and Times

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1 am EST - 3:30 am EST (10 pm PST - 1 am PST)
After we clear both normal and heroic difficulties with the raids on farm we drop to 2 night a week Mon and Wed. Fri will than be an optional heroic/normal alt run night for players to gear any friends or alts they may have.

  • Recruitment for Raiding
  • Tanks: FILLED
    Heals: FILLED
Melee DPS: RET, HUNTER, ROGUE, PALLY, MONK, WAR
Ranged DPS: LOCK, PRIEST, BOOMKIN, HUNTER

We currently have an open recruitment for raiding. However, not every person will be accepted for raiding. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about raiding, open minded, and offer consistency for our group. Your past raiding experiences don't mean that much to us.
