Honorbound rep is gonna make me burn out.

Hell with that. My goal was to try and get a Mag'har Orc warrior leveled, ready and geared for Uldir and/or battlefronts when they went live.

Well now you have to wait a bit and take one of the other classes, how awful.

I remember games back in the days where you had to play through the whole game just in order to get some more cool gadgets and play it all over again (Looking at you Metal Gear Solid) and no one complained.

Did those other games take weeks to complete? I'm no stranger to long, boring grinds - I played Dragon Warrior games 1-4 for the NES and beat them all, and for 1, 3 and 4, multiple times. But this is an absolute slog, and I'm reaching the limits of my patience.

If you can't enjoy the game without being a Mag'har Orc, well then it might be time to unsub.

Yeah this is bait.

they took 1 step forward and 2 step backs on world quests this expac. no reason for the grind to halt to a stop, wq should pop up if they are all cleared off a map after a few hours instead of every 12 hours new ones pop up.

I feel like there should be half as many and give twice the rep. Theres just far too many imo.

I disagree,
Yesterday i looked at tirisgarde sound to find it only had 3 WQ's on it.

Some times there's heaps, sometimes theres 3.

That and champions of azeroth.

But same, 2 and 1/2 hours of world quests a day is too much and I also want to try maintaining alts. I feel like I'm already burning out and it hasn't even been 2 weeks yet.

Nobody is forcing you to do that. YOU made the decision to do all the WQ's. All Blizzard did was give you a choices. They didnt set the speed you did. And before you get to some bs about its is required. Have a look at my gear and rep's. They will be exalted in <2weeks after which I will only need to do the emissary's and 2 mythic expeditions a week plus raiding. That is pretty cruise not in anyway burnout. I also have a fulltime job too.

Stop complaining about your choices
I will be a Dark Iron dwarf one day I swear it on me pint of beer.

...

Some of us don't want to do EVERYTHING straight away. In fact, I don't want to do jack !@#$ in BFA. But I DO want to level a Dark Iron Dwarf, and to do that, I need to do the most time consuming thing in the game that is gated behind weeks.

Well that's the way it is and was always stated that it is locked behind reputation. As I said it is still a MMO!!RPG!! with a story and so on. And yes, you as a faction have to work for them to join your ranks. Makes sense.

Oh shut up. We all know its an MMORPG. For god's sake, you don't even know what you're saying comparing single player games to WoW. Just stop posting, it's so obviously clear that you don't clear any difficult content in the game and have no business talking about the subject. You're telling hardcore progression players (and people who simply want to play an allied race) to slow down. That by definition makes NO SENSE; progression raiders don't slow down.

What story are you talking about? The story in Stormsong Valley, where you do up to 3 hours of completely boring, inconsequential side quests with no effect on the main story? Oh yeah, that was a complete blast. Or maybe you were talking about those quests in Tirigarde Sound, where we kill seemingly helpless wildlife for little to no reason, and receive bare bones main quest content.

Right, I forgot how awesome that was. Perhaps it was the escort quest where the NPC walks in a circle, to somehow create a sense of immersion. The only thing that quest managed to accomplish was complete stupidity.

Remember the part where they don't even set up the expansion? I love it, they just send us off to Kul Tiras like YE DUDE WE NEED ALLIES, DO IT. What is this, an amusement park or a world?

How about the Tortollans? We learn little to nothing about them, and they have so much potential.

Blizzard depends on clowns like you, so they can rest on their laurels. Do you realize that WQs are just the quests we did leveling up, reskinned, and put on the world map? Like I said, they depend on clowns like you who can't tell the difference. You just eat it up, because you don't actually clear content in the game. Completing a questline is like a heroic raid to players like you. Mom, I did it, I unlocked the Dark Iron Dwarves!

Stop talking about "story" content being an actual reason to log on every day. Its completely bare minimum, thrown into the game for people who do 3 WQs every week. That's why all the hardcore players left, and WoW is full of transmog heroes who don't clear past LFR. The same people who consider a couple of lines of dialogue as "story content". Have you ever read a decent book, or watched a movie? If this passes as a good story, that is 100% delusion.

Learned nothing about the Tortollans. Who are the Champions of Azeroth... is it just Magni, standing there in Silithus? Are they an actual faction??? Proudmoore Admiralty, what have we learn about this faction besides the fact they share a name with a main character? I can't even remember the name of the Stormsong faction, and it doesn't matter; you learn nothing. Kill mead elementals and bears, eventually we'll let you hit 120. The main story was about 15 minutes of content, the side quests were upwards of 3 hours.

Order of Embers was the only faction that had any type of setup or lore.

This expansion was created by the WARLORDS OF DRAENOR team. We all sit here wondering why this doesn't measure up to Legion, well, there is your answer. Its Mists + Legion put together into one expansion, without any of the interesting class design. Oh yeah, don't get me started on how each class is a 4 button rotation now. I'll probably lose you there though, considering you're an LFR champion.
I'm 3k into revered... It's not that tough.
I'm also 3k into revered. The grind feels better once you tip over into revered because you can see the goal at the end. I was close to putting it off, but seeing that bar inch further feels good.
Stop it, get some help.

how reverb already? I bearly hit honored with weekly and empasy and wqs...
Am I missing something?
I gave up. I went hard the first week. Two max level toons, both grinded rep+gear. Finished with revered in most and 338 ilvl. I'm taking 19 credits this semester, I don't have time for 3+ hours of WQs every damn day BEFORE getting to do enjoyable content, much less the Artifact Power grind or the upcoming Conquest grind when the season goes live. I'm just gonna spam level alts so they stay caught up on artifact knowledge research.

Did the emissaries, the island expedition weekly, and the mission table on top of the Wqs. I wasn't as intense about farming as I could have been but the gains have been coming in pretty easy.

Well I think it's time for you to leave the game if you are so unhappy.

Attacking on a personal level always help apparently to get an opinion out. I do clear more than LFR, but that is not the topic aswell as you don't know what kind of 'clown' player I am or who I am in real life.

Seeing that we are in the Xpac not even 2 weeks and not yet have revealed everything what is planned for the next two years and beyond invalidates your statements anyways.

If I look at Twitch right now, WoW is on 5th place with viewers and quite a few of the streamers are doing it for a living and I consider that as pretty Hardcore as it can get. So Blizz must do something right.

But seeing that you're just after attacking people on a personal base and call them names does not make your arguments more impactful and you're obviously more out to instigate than actually arguing.
You might have more problems in RL than this game, so maybe it's better for you to quit this game altogether and try some anger management and prolly some new hobbies!

I honestly wish you the best to become a better human being!
You should take a leaf out of pandaria's book, slow down and enjoy something.

Not in warmode.
It's not that bad I'm about 6k into revered and I missed quite a few days of WQ from leveling to 120 slowly and also skip some each day. The reason they probably don't give a contract is because you have much more zones to get WQ from and island expedition weekly gives rep.

I would like to. But I have to get over the reputation wall first.
I really want Mag'har so I am doing every Honorbound I can find. I do the Island Expedition weekly for the 1,500 rep. I do the Warfront Emissary for the 1,500. I Did all the Wanted quests and only one gave 250 rep and the rest were zero rep. I do ALL the Kul'Tiras WQ's at 8am and then come back and do the others that pop at 8pm. If I can hand in ore or what not in Zandalar I do that also.

Without the Emissary or Island Expedition it's roughly 2,000 rep a day. That's rather good imo. I think that's more then I was getting with Highmountain and Nightbourne.

Wanted quests still bugged btw.

They'll fix it "if it's a problem".

Did them all and only ONE gave 250 rep. That was Razorclaw Alpha.
An idea I was talking about with my guild regarding the whole WQ reset thing was that there should be a vendor of some sort that lets you buy more WQ's in exchange for war supplies.

It would be a good way to spend them besides doing missions and you can keep doing WQ's on a resource that you have to do WQ's to get anyways.
