I've made sure wow.exe, battlenet.nexe and WowVoiceProxy.exe are running as Administrator. Any thoughts?

Its usually caused by a permissions issue or a security program.

Have you tried selective startup to see if the issue vanishes.

I am running a pretty tight ship, Only security program is Webroot SecureAnywhere and there are settings in place telling it not interfere with wow processes and battlenet including the WoWProxy.exe

I'll try going through selective startup, problem first started just after they released the new voice chat feature.
Ok tracked it down to my Logitech Surround sound driver. ICK.

I own a nice headset the G933 wireless, when I disable the service named
"Logitech Gaming Registry Service"

"C:\Program Files\Logitech Gaming Software\Drivers\APOService\LogiRegistryService.exe"

While this service is stopped the error does not come up when I exit game. It does not affect my sound quality or anything like that so guess I am leaving it off and will investigate an update for it.

For now I have the service setup as disabled until I can fix it . Oof that was painful.

Skips over to logitech support site with glaring eyes. -.-
