Underwater boss in Rise of Azshara

Just a quick heads up. Currently when Vengeance Demon Hunters tank anything in water, if you're using Spirit Bomb or Soul Cleave, your soul fragments fall to the bottom of the area, and can't be drawn back in for use. Examples of this happening in the world at the moment are that Tentulos boss in Tiragarde Sound.

Could this be fixed before we hit an underwater boss, which if the tech is the same, we won't be able to use any soul consuming abilities on?

Also, stuff with target reticles (like sanctify and mass dispel for priest) casts on the bottom.
healing spheres and chi orbs for monks do the same.
Looks like another problem that needs to be addressed. Well we can only hope or pray for a solution.
