Still not fixed for me either, Brisbane Telstra NBN usually around 10-15ms.

It seems to be this jump for me that starts the issue - bundle-ether1.sydo-core04.sydney.reach.com

In the exact same boat. Using a VPN fixes it to a degree when you play by yourself, interacting with others still spikes it.
We refer to your submission below regarding the latency to Blizzard Servers.

Our engineers have checked and confirmed that they had tried to re-route to other providers, however this is still the best optimize route that you are having currently.
As for Vocus, they will not be advertising their route to us unless it's a transit service as they are getting the route from other peering partner, in short we are not able to use Vocus route again unless they decide to peer with us.

Thank you and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

So i send my worry to my ISP and guess what, The Vocus route that give all Singapore/Asia Region player 90ms are gone now. Now we have to settle for 150-170ish ms.
Day 9 still the same issue.

So blizzard has chosen this new route and it's causing high ping?

I dunno man, both party are just blaming each other. And it's too ...... that Blizz changed route and Vocus route decided to be gone from the chart? HMMMM

Vocus Route
SG->Perth-Syd = 90ms

Telstraglobal
SG-HK-Syd = 150-170ms depend on the time of the day
So what happened , can Blizzard fix this please????
I mean it's the lower ping for Asian region forever gone? or will blizzard fix it and give us a ETA time to fix? I am worried
I'd pay a good dollar for blizzard to actually be transparent about whats going on here. My suspicions say they've f**ked up somehow and are acting very slowly to rectify the problem, As demonstrated by the lack of communication with the community and very scarce posts on the topic across this thread and the other (with almost 2000 posts).

Despite this post going on entirely ignored, I make the plea to blizzard to make a statement regarding the issue. Be transparent, Let the people that support you know whats going on. This is across every B.net Game forum in the Tech forums.
For the love of god fill us in and be honest.

I get lag in practically every BG at this stage. Home MS is approx 55 with World sitting from 500 - 700. Is there any type of data you want me to collect? I'm getting seriously sick of this. Its been way to long and none of us should be paying for a game that's not fit for purpose
Still crap 200+ ping
still not resolved ping fluctuates between 150 to 350

Ping was 80-90 before this
