Question about reporting websites that offer cash paid carries

General Discussion
I found this link yesterday to a hack reporting form, https://us.blizzard.com/en-us/submit/hacks.html , and have so far used it to report two websites that offered IRL cash paid carries in group finder using the "Type of Report: Website that sells virtual goods" option. Is this the best way to report these websites, or is there some other method that's preferred?
Might do better to ask this in the Customer Support forum, but yes, "virtual goods" sounds like the best category to use.
I reported tons of them in game, while looking through the group finder and kept seeing the same ones, day in and day out. I don't think they actually do anything about them.
From what I understand, that is the web site form to use for reporting such issues.

Blizz has a habit of banning in waves

It won,t change anything since blizzard can't do anything against the website and the account sued to announce these in the group finder are usualy hacked account so you'll end banning the account of a poor dude that got hacked anyway.

They can only ban ingame carriers but no video game company ever tried or manage to shut down 3rd party website for selling carries.

Its just not worth the time and effort.
They dont do anything about it because people in Method and other arena champions work for those websites. Its a racket.

I stopped caring long ago and stopped reporting them.
