Need some good solid ranged

Hello, my main is a 372 Rogue that can play all 3 specs.
I'm currently 7/8H with a H G'hunn wipe at 1.3%.
I'm looking to join a like minded progression guild, and would like to know if your guild is still recruiting any rogues.

We are quite full on melee but will always be on the lookout for high parsing players of all specs.
