Bounty makes being a rogue not as useful.

War Mode and World PvP
The reason for rolling a rogue to do world PvP with was originally because people couldn't see you. But now with bounty, it really defeats the purpose of being a rogue. People can just see you on the map when you are stealthed. Please remove this for rogues Blizz. Thanks.
Working as intended. However, I would be okay with not permitting rogues to see bounties on the map as you request, as long as everyone else could still see them.

People could still see you when you aren't in stealth. What is the purpose of rolling a rogue if your stealth is useless.

Are you saying that the entire point of rolling a rogue is negated by a temporary buff you gain from killing X amount of people without dying that puts you on the map? Was your entire point of rolling a rogue also negated by anything that affects stealth? Was it negated by demon hunters? hunter flare? the old human racial "Perception." Stealth still has a pretty big point 99.9% of the time you are playing a rogue. And even with the assassin buff, if you can't get the initial strike on a non-stealthed opponent, then you are wasting your advantage already.

Edit: And can you can also imagine the confusion of people who want to participate in War Mode by chasing assassins, but the assassin keeps disappearing from the map? If a rogue stealths and disappears from the map, how do the rest of us know if they stealthed, died, or left the zone? Does everyone call off the search only to be confused when the guy pops up somewhere else 30 seconds later? You've already got a good advantage in this game format, I think you can survive a temp debuff to your stealth advantage in a niche situation.

Perception, flare, and demon hunters stealth finding ability should also be removed.

I vote we only allow Magma Totem to draw rogues out of stealth - I mean, how stealthy can you really be if you are being burned?

Also, Magma totem and Sentry totem - bring em back.
