Why doesn't blizzard care about OCE customers?

It's been 18 months since we had a blue respond to anything of the OCE GD. So it feels like we are completely ignored by blizzard when we have concerns, such as being forced to play against US servers in PvP giving us a huge ping handicap, killing PvP progression for most of us.
So you want a Blue to come to the OCE forums and say "Heya"? Just because you don't get a Blue post doesn't mean your concerns are not being heard. The devs generally don't post on the forums anyways. The ones that do post are Community Managers, and on the support forums, SFAs. They are Blizzard employees, but not the devs.

I don't think the OP was as concerned about the credentials of the Blizzard representatives posting in the forums as much as they were about just not having that interactivity. We're accustomed to a certain level of CM contribution in our forums (And very spoiled with our awesome blues in the CSF). I imagine it's somewhat disheartening not to get similar contributions in the other forums. Even if it is just to say "Heya".
We have a LOT of forums. The most activity is here, tech and such.

OCE has issues, if you visit that tech forum, you'll see more activity - and the issues they've been working to address, and still are.
