Blue please help us

There are several threads going with people who are having the same problem as me, and none of them have received a blue response. My patch loaded fine, game starts up fine, but then I am sent to the server select screen, and when I select one it says "Logging in to game server" for a second or two, but then that window goes away and I'm still looking at server selection. I cleared my cache and WTF, power cycled my modem, went to sleep, tried it all again, no luck, and no game I'm paying to play.
Yeah. I just restarted my account 4-5 days ago and for the past 3 days I've had stretches of 3-5 hours I haven't been able to log in and when I can log in I get disconnected after 5-10 minutes everytime.

I wont be paying to play much longer!! Esp when there are other games that are FREE to play.
For years I've seen this same philosophy used here, it must be in the tech support handbook... "If you don't have a carbon copy response to give, then there must not be a problem. Just ignore all our customers until the issue fixes itself or they find answers on their own. Under no circumstances are we to 'investigate' issues or generally 'try' to 'help' in any way."

Or... they don't have an answer? Do you expect them to conjure up a magical solution to your issue?
