QQ

General Discussion
I think QQ means to complain, or is there some other meaning?

What is QQ short for? Because I cant think of any 2 words that both start with Q that could mean "I'm not happy"
It's eyes crying.
QQ
Contrary to popular belief, QQ is not a set of crying eyes. It actually originated with the advent of Warcraft II. On battlenet, you could press ALT+Q+Q to immediately exit the match and program. Thus the term "QQ" was to tell people to just quit because they are unskilled. The term later developed and lost it's origin and is usually mistaken as crying eyes.

In contemporary gamer culture, QQ has become the mainstream emoticon for crying eyes, though it is still often used in it's traditional sense.
"Shut up or QQ!"
"Why don't you QQ, noob?"

In Warcraft II you pressed Alt + QQ to quick fast. It means Quick Quit. It is not a pair of crying eyes like the new players try to say it is.

It's been crying eyes since we were in Molten Core, this isn't new lol.

It may be a combo of the two as far as I'm concerned.
ahhhhh...ty.

I must try Warcraft2, I have it on a old hard drive some where but never played it.

Hate me if you want but, IMO Jesus created the term QQ because people were crying about they couldn't walk on water...
