I chose Character Transfer (paid), selected my character, read the disclaimers and proceeded with "AGREE & CONTINUE." From there I picked "A different realm," selected my choice realm - thereafter clicking "CONTINUE." I then received the msg "An error has occurred." Any advice :)?
Do you have a Billing Profile associated with your account?

I believe so. I'll double check the information, but I tend to use prepaid credit cards. They've worked in the past (for other paid services), but most I buy aren't re loadable: so in the end the # for the card is commonly diff.

(I think that's the direction the question is going unless I'm missing something :P.)

EDIT: I've set the current card I have as the primary payment method. Might have to wait a bit to test this because the error msg now reads "Too many attempts." >.<
The error msg after updating the primary payment method is "An error has occurred. Please select a realm." after I have selected one.

I had the same problem for the past 2 days.

I just called Blizzard, and I gotta say, the guy that helped me was awesome.
The problem was that the server I was transferring my character to already had all the character slots taken (10). So I had to delete one toon and then I was able to do the transfer.
