LF working mouseover macro for Penance!

I'm starting early to pvp, and I want to try out disc... however, when I went to look up penance mouseover macros, the old ones I've found don't work after 4.2. So... is there a way of getting this to work properly? The most recent one I've found:

/use [@mouseover,exists][exists][@player]Penance

works only on clicked target or on myself, and doesn't work on mouseover.

Any ideas or suggestions?
Use a macro for [help] so that it isn't wasted to dps.
I don't think you need the "exists" conditional, but you might want to add in a "nodead", so it doesn't try to cast it on a corpse. Also, you might want to add the "help" conditional unless you intend to use it as a damage spell. My best guess would be:

/cast [@mouseover, help, nodead][help, nodead][@player]Penance

or, if you wanted to be able to use it as a damage spell on your target:

/cast [@mouseover, help, nodead][]Penance

If that doesn't work, I'm stumped.
#showtooltip Penance
/cast [@mouseover, help] Penance; Penance

(If the friendly target exists, will cast on them);(yourself)

If that makes sense. It's the one I use.
/cast [@mouseover] Penance
/cast [target= mouseover, exists] penance; penance
I'm looking for the macro to do damage to my target or heal an ally. I'll give these a try and see if they work. Thanks for the replies.
Alright! Got one to work for me! Thanks for the help.
