If it is raining in Elwynn forest, why does it not also rain in Stormwind?
wind patterns. sometimes it does.
Varian's chin keeps the rain off the entire city.

Varian just has a secret aversion to water.
Probably for the same reason that while it's dark in the Dwarven District, for some reason, it's daylight everywhere else in Stormwind.

but yea, how about a little rain in SW and org, a little snow during winter wouldnt hurt either <.<
i wouldnt be talking bad bout varian's chin...he will beat you to death with it.

It's gotta stop somewhere.

There's plenty of times it rains here IRL and the town next to me doesn't even get a drizzle.
