I knew someone that is a worshipper of Ayn Rand would enjoy bad guitarists such as Orianthi. Absolute garbage.

Favorite song would have to be.... Non-Objective Portrait of Karma by Circle Takes the Square!,!
amish paradise
Absolutely anything and everything involved with the british folk revival of the sixties. Without groups like Fairport Convention and The Incredible String Band, Led Zeppelin would've never existed. Dark, mossy songs about ghosts moving through the moor and witches casting curses upon unborn children. A narrative in music that we haven't really seen since then. Similarly, any band trying to emulate that kind of storytelling through music, such as The Decemberists or My Brightest Diamond sit very fondly in my heart.
When the year finally comes to my favorite seasons (Fall, Winter, then Spring except it still sucks, because it leads into the worst one ever, Summer), I start listening to darker, heavier metal and rock.

Ozzy Osbourne, Iron Maiden, Slayer.... But usually during any other time of the year it's a blend of ALMOST everything. Foo Fighters will always be a band I'll cherish. Grew up listening to them.

But everything from The Beach Boys, The Beatles.... to Tool, KoЯn, Nine Inch Nails....
Led Zeppelin,
Lynyrd Skynyrd,
Red Hot Chili Peppers,
Fear Factory,
Eric Clapton,
CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revival),
Dethklok,
Twisted Sister,
Judas Priest,
Motörhead,
Mötley Crüe,
Queen,
Survivor (and if the only Survivor you've heard of is that TV show, wow, sad....),
Journey,
Styx,
AC/DC,
Black Sabbath,
Black Label Society,
Blue Oyster Cult,
Crimson Glory,
Deep Purple,
Buckethead (Welcome to Bucketheadland is AWESOME! along with entire first album),
Disturbed,
Extreme,
Dragonforce,
Pantera,
Megadeth,
Metallica,
Nickelback,
KISS,
SOiL,
Tenacious D,
Nirvana,
Melvins,
Meat Puppets,
Joan Jett & The Blackhearts,
Fun Lovin' Criminals,
Green Day,
Foreigner,
Boston,
The Band,
Guns 'N Roses,
Cat Stevens,
Harry Chapin,
Dire Straits,
ZZ Top,
Dick Dale & His Del-Tones,
The Kinks,
Michael Jackson,
Meat Loaf,
Jimi Hendrix,
Jefferson Airplane

Yes.... I listen to EVERYTHING! But I WILL NOT listen to 'Beiver!
