Going to give this my best shot with listing of the quests/abilities and anything else i can find for anyone else not currently in the beta. Please feel free to give input if i'm missing something.

Goal: recover 6 training supplies from Amberleaf Scamps
Reward: 50c (250exp)
**Note: They are level 2 elementals in the surrounding countryside near the pond. By the time you kill the 3rd elemental in this quest you should be level 3 and have the abilities Tiger Palm and Blackout Kick. I immediately swapped to Tiger Palm over the normal attack because it's alot stronger and is an obvious choice to grind faster**

Tiger Palm: Attack with the palm of your hand dealing 17 physical damage. Deals 8 additional damage if the target is above 50% health.

Blackout Kick: Kick with a blast of Chi Energy causing 28 physical damage to an enemy target. Only Usable on targets at or below 35% healh.

Starting Zone: Cave of Meditation
Quest: Ji of the Huojin
Giver: Master Shang Xi
Goal: Speak to Ji-Firepaw in Wu-Song Village

**Note: Go Northwest to the center of Wu-Song Village. You will know your there when you see the Hozen Pillagers.**

Before I started the next quest i took a quick break to decide on my Panda Monk's Spec.

You have 3 choice to choose from as a Monk they are the following:
Brewmaster -- tank
Mistweaver -- healer
Windwalker -- dps

I decided to go for a challenge and went heals. I am lvl 3 at this point and going to be a mistweaver (healer spec). =/ Disregard, you cannot specialize over into heals at this point.
