Exaggerated Ticket Times

There is currently an issue where the ticket queue time display can become fairly exaggerated occasionally listing wait times around 15 to 20 days.

While response times are greater than we'd like, which our staff is working diligently to reduce, they are currently averaging around 1 to 2 days.

We apologize for any confusion this display issue may have caused and we hope to have it corrected as soon as we can.

At this time we do not have a permanent fix to this display issue and it will take some time before one can be implemented.

Note: This is a re-post of a previous sticky. The original date on the thread seemed to convince some that this was no longer an issue. Once the matter has been confirmed to be fully resolved I will remove the sticky. Until then, the display issue may pop up from time to time.
