I never understood how apt this guild title was until I did Ally BGs and TB. I have SO Much more respect for you people.

To be fair, unless I'm a freak of nature, alliance wins more BGs than loses. A fairly significant portion, too.

Also, I will probably see you guys... sometime next week if the optimizer/patch keeps being a butt, what with my internet and all. Keep the new talent trees warm for me, I guess.

Once I started queuing for AB and WSG again I noticed it right away. It's the bg weekend bgs that seem to attract the worst.
Oh god yes. But that's true of horde, too. The call to arms is pretty much playing Russian Roulette with your tolerance for humanity.
I wish you the best of luck in your recruiting Thane! I give my personal Horde seal of approval to AAO.

Mine too. Actually my net is pretty good, I'm not sure why the optimizer isn't budging. It must be doing something though, since my comp is lagging badly since it started.

Thank you very much!
Is there any word on what your recruitment policy will look like come Mist of Pandaria's release? Specifically in regards to new monk characters?
I think our guild's recruitment is open until the end of October, giving monks time to level and consider if they want to PvP mainly. I, myself, won't be rolling one, but I look forward to seeing what they bring to the party!

Monks that wish to apply will need to be of level at least 85 to join as well. I know some people will be achieving this quickly through RAF and, for those that will be leveling from scratch, that's part of why our recruitment will be lasting through October.

A big reason we want people to be of a higher level is to be sure it's a character they're committed to playing. Our activities take place at level cap, and it's impossible to get to know people if they aren't able to attend our events or interact with us in game. With guild perks, issues of people joining only to get leveling boosts and repairs before leaving is a concern as well.

Once members who join through recruitment are promoted in rank they are allowed to bring in alts of any level. So there are sure to be many monks in the guild this way.
Bump so you don't get lost in the wave of 'the sever is up' topics!
I think Emilline said what I said in far more concise terms.

Pretty sure I inherited being long-winded from my father. Though it only seems to effect my text.

Thinking about setting up a guild War Games night so we can practice our new stuff in arena settings.
So many outfit changes this week Thanë.

Yeah. I don't know. I liked the transmog I had a week ago, but went on some weird mog spree over the last few days.

It's sort of getting out of hand!

Yeah it is. She keeps having me takking looks while I'm doing something.

"Baby, what do you think of this transmog?"

UGH!

Got some caps of our recent event: The Battle for Northwatch Hold.

Big thank you to Suli from <The Hush> for being our Horde contact throughout the event! He wrangled up the Horde raid and we were able to keep the sides pretty even throughout the evening. Another thanks to all the Horde and Alliance who showed up! I never know how these things will go, or how the turn out will be until it's go-time, so it's pretty nerve-wracking wondering if people will show, and then if too many people will show, and then what to do if not enough show, etc., etc. Everyone present was awesome to come and help make this happen!

2 hours of world PvP on and around Northwatch Hold. This was to sort of play out some of the fighting that would be taking place as Garrosh leads the Horde through the Barrens to Theramore. Was a lot of fun!

Thane! I had a great time at this event! Thank you for invitingly and letting me kill all those horde! My only complaint, and something easily rectified for next time, is that you need more screen captures of me.

That's you running past me, and then a pic of where you went to blow things up with your glow hands.

So glad you came!!! I was so excited when you logged on for it!

Also, the undead girl you were putting the moves on? I am told she was looking for you, right after you left D: You have such a way with women.
Yes! I will save these photos forever. I am glad you respect the glow hands.

Aw man! I missed that cute undead chick?! I have the worst luck! Maybe we should plan another event then?
Awesome thread is awesome.

Bump
