Does said plan involve creepy giant naked girls and everything turning to Tang by the end?
In a future expansion. Blizzard will release their latest villain concept: the Grob, a race of cyborgs hellbent on converting the universe, one race of sentients at a time

Fighting is pointless.

"We are the Grob, put down your weapons and surrender your fleets. We will add your racial and magical distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Fighting is pointless."
Kael'thas is Vol'jin's older brother and the true ruler of the Darkspear tribe.
Just before Garrosh dies, Thrall tells him that his father was not Grom, but some nobody Orc that died shortly after crossing the Dark Portal.
Kel'thuzad is living a quiet, peaceful life in Pandaria, where he has been accepted. He lives in a quaint fishing village with a new kitten, and regularly attends group therapy sessions. He also enjoys drive-in movies and long walks on the beach, and his sign is Pisces.
Sylvanas died at ICC, and the Val'kyr takes turns driving her body to:

A) Take over the world.

B) Eat ice-cream and sleep with various men. Ya know, stuff a ghost-angel can't do.

That's a happy thought. :-)
Gnomes took over Kezan and are secretly plotting to destroy all the goblin cartels from within to be Azeroth's greatest midget geniuses, and to use the gold to create their greatest invention yet, the World Enlarger 3.0, a space station used to increase the size of a planet by 100%, thus giving all of Azeroth's races the much needed space for colonization and resources.
The Old Gods used to serve the Titans but were replaced by the Dragon Aspects (On Azeroth) and Titanic Watchers (On Azeroth and elsewhere). They took up dark powers to get their revenge on their former masters.

Sargeras is not evil, he just decided that the order of the titans was not all they made it out to be, and wants to undo their manipulation of the universe.

Trolls evolved from Furbolgs.
The Titans are the Old Gods... from the future!
Tiffin is Forsaken, and is plotting to Usurp Sylvanas to become the Queen of the Forsaken, and thus Lordaeron, then she will use the blight on the Forsaken themselves, allowing the Argent Crusade and Gilneans to sweep through Lordaeron to de-scourgify it, and re-colonize it, for the Alliance.

Lor'Themar Theron decided with them being the last bastion of the Horde in the Eastern Kingdoms, pulls out and pleads to join the Alliance. The Horde, now fractured and without a Warchief, decide peace with the Alliance would be good, pulling out of Ashenvale, the Orcs surrender, the Tauren help the Night Elves heal the damage done by the Horde. All races are now unified and the Draenei start recruitment for the Army of Light.

Anduin and Baine are still gay for each other. I really want this last part to happen.
Ulduar was merely a setback.

And then the Alliance-Horde war on Pandaria begins so he constructs a new Necropolis and recruits Pandaren to create a new Scourge and always begins his fight with "Naxxramas was merely a setback!"
The Naaru are actually exactly what they claim to be.

Further on, the Naaru are the "perfect" beings of the Titans, and were instructed to slowly build an "Army of Light" through whatever means necessary, and inherit their chosen races qualities befitting a race dedicated to the preservation of Order.

Adding to that, the Pantheon are actually the good guys after all, and have changed their outlook on life and controlling the universe once they saw the threat of the Legion. Algalon was merely a test to see if the world could withstand corruption through Chaos. It was all just an act for him.

Warchief. We're talking about the panda who helped found Orgrimmar, and also kicked Admiral Muttonchops and Grunt Rawrgasm's butts

He probably really is just settled down peacefully in the middle of nowhere.
