Steelseries mouse - can't bind all buttons

Mac Technical Support
Since the patch, several buttons on my WoW Steelseries mouse cannot be assigned as keybinds. It's not every button, just some. Anyone have a similar issue or know what is going on?
Apparently I am the only one?
I have the mouse and I don't have any issues. I am not using their drivers, just the wow built in one.
Do you have the "detect WoW game mouse" option selected?
As far as I know, there aren't any drivers for that mouse for Mac. I just plugged it in and expected WoW to recognize it, as it always has.

Yes, I have that checked.
Same problem here, WoW Steel series mouse with all the right buttons ticked in the interface menu, but after the patch some of the buttons do not work and some of the bindings have changed as well.
Can y'all post some additional information about your Mac so we can look into this issue with the Steelseries WoW mouse?

    1. Launch World of Warcraft and log in.
    2. Put World of Warcraft into Windowed Mode if it is not already in Windowed Mode.
    3. From the system menu bar, select Help > Copy Support Information: http://i45.tinypic.com/foodww.png
    4. Paste the contents of the copied system information here (Command-V)
Also, does this happen in only in the 64-bit client, 32-bit client, or in both?
As far as I can tell, this only happens in the 64bit client. When I try to log into the 32bit client to test it, I get the "Patch Required" screen.

I also removed both the Interface and WTF folders, and tested again. I received the same results.

Additionally, I deleted all installed files, re-downloaded the client, and reinstalled. Same results.

Here are my system specs:

I had also posted this issue here:

Figured I would jump in this conversation and save the time of posting twice.
Having the very same issue... 2 vertical buttons on the left and 1a pn the right are unresponsive
i am having the same issues with the 2 vertical buttons and the one on the right ONLY when i try to live stream to twitch.tv and to livestream.com removing both of those programs fixes the problem but however it is still frustrating
i take that back im still having problems even without those programs installed
enabling then disabling the mouse fixed the problem for now
I'm having issues as well, binding 4 of the mouse buttons. The two on the side work, but not the ones in the middle or by the mousewheel. With Steel Series program installed, it just binds 'F' and 'Shift B' instead of the mouse buttons. Without it installed, it doesn't bind at all.
Also having similar issues, on top of that my mouse occasionally shuts down while using it out of game. Has anyone had any success in fixing this?
I can bind the buttons in-game, but the software that I downloaded from the steelseries site:

Region: INT. Version: 1.13. Released: 2011-08-19

Does not accept profiles, and does not make the changes entered in its boxes.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time!

I'm confused, some people mentioned issues outside of the game, and in-game as well?

Can y'all be specific in saying what specific issues are happening? This will help us fine tune any troubleshooting.

im having the same issue as these people, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt, sometimes only two of the buttons work. Its really weird and random. The software from steelseris is useless it does nothing when i make binds in the program. The only time i have any success is when enable in game bind mode and do it from wow but even that works maybe half the time. I have had this mouse for like a year and a half and for the first year i didnt have any issues at all. So im really finding it weird for all these issues to keep happening. Probably going to have to switch a to a new mouse cause its getting really frustrating.

Im running windows 7.
I use Left and Right click at the same time to move. I have strafe keys bound to the vertical buttons on the mouse. Character stops moving when i use the strafe keys.
