how do i get my free level-80

i was sent a e-mail that i can get free 7 day game time[got it] and a free char of my choice boosted to level 80, and, or, changed to another realm, how do i do so?

That would be part of the Scroll of Resurrection promotion. The email you got sent would have the info you seek.
the email does not say anything about how to get it, it just says i can get it, i dont know how. =[

Log into your account here on battle.net.
Select your WoW license that was sent the SoR.
Along the bottom click on Rewards and Referrals then SoR.
Then select Received invitations.

i click the recieved invitions and it says this,

The World of Warcraft account you selected doesn’t meet the qualifications to use a Scroll of Resurrection.
Reasons for this can include: You may have already redeemed a Scroll of Resurrection on this World of Warcraft account. This World of Warcraft account may not have been inactive for long enough to qualify for a Scroll of Resurrection. You may have selected a World of Warcraft: Starter Edition account.

Did this 7 days free time come from the Scroll you were given or are you talking about the email saying only 7 days free time.

If you collected the 7 days free time (which is different from the scroll) it ( I would assume) would make you not elligable for the scroll.

The 7 day promotion - and the SOR are entirely two different things.

Looks like you did claim the 7 day on 9/13 - which makes the account active, and disqualifies you from the SOR.

You may be able to get in touch with Billing and have this adjusted, but I'd do it immediately - and it may be a bit of a challenge to get into the phone queues right now.
