Focus macro help please?

UI and Macro
Alrighty, so I'm requesting a macro on behalf of my leveling shaman.

What I'm looking for is a macro that will cast a healing spell(example: Healing Surge) on my friendly target, IF I have one, and on my focus if not.

The point of this is because I'm leveling my shammy elemental and I've been fulfilling the role of a healer, I'd like to make it a bit easier to heal without having to constantly switch targets :)

Many thanks as always :D
#showtooltip
/cast [help,exists]Healing Surge; [@focus,exists][]Healing Surge

I think this ought to work, though I'm not 100% sure; it's simply offhand at the moment. What this should do is, if you have a ally targeted, it will attempt to cast Healing Surge on them. If you do not have a friendly target targeted, it should cast Healing Surge on your focus. If neither of these are the case, it will cast Healing Surge on yourself. The following may also work...

#showtooltip
/cast [@target,exists,help][@focus,exists,help][@player]Healing Surge

You could of course throw in some mouseover stuff and some [mod:] options for an all in one macro. Whatever floats your boat. Like I said, this is offhand so I'm not positive all the syntax is right.
