Was given 7 days today but when I logged in

It said that my game time has expired. Is there any chance of me being able to play on the first of the 7 days tonight since it took 5 hours to download? I still have a ticket about my scroll of resurrection if that helps...

I can't call because I am past the 6pm sadly.
