An error has occurred.???????????????????

I am trying to buy the $60 mists of pandaria upgrade from a starter account. I am using a visa debit card from new zealand and I put in all the correct info. Yet when I submit it just says "An error has occurred." What am I doing wrong???

I have brought things online before and that worked perfectly.
Have you added that card to your Billing Profile on Account Management page? Other than that, I have no ideas.

Log into Account Management. At the top of the page, click the SEttings tab, then click MY PAYMENT OPTIONS. The next page will show what cards, payment method you currently have set up. If the card you are using is not listed, there will be a button on that page ADD PAYMENT METHOD, click it and then just enter the info.
