sending out old emails?

Customer Support
So my wife's account just received an email for the recruit a friend promotion. The email mentions that you get the x-53 rocket. The rocket has been replaced by the cat. I've checked the sender and the link in the email and it all is legit, not a phishing email. So why are we getting out dated emails?
Where exactly do the headers say the email is from?

I received this email a little under an hour ago as well. Honestly, the only thing that stands out as unusual from the other newsletters is that prior sending email address was, whereas this one has I wouldn't bother unless confirmation is mentioned.
