Clarification on nerf to Spinning Crane Kick

Could we get some clarification on the reasoning behind this please? Top logs show that while throughput was good, it wasn’t game-breaking due to its highly situational use. 30% nerf to healing done seems excessive this early in the content cycle.

SCK->CB (and SCK->ZSD even moreso when its diminishing wasn't working) was ridiculously, obnoxiously, unquestionably overpowered in situations where you were healing a raid stacked in one place taking even damage. As an example, if you were even halfway competent at using it on Feng you would destroy all other healing classes by a completely absurd margin.

The problem is that they balanced SCK's healing around a 3s channel that didn't scale with haste, then late in the beta (after raid testing was done) in order to buff WW AE they cut it down to a 2.25s channel that scaled with haste. A 30% healing nerf offsets that buff a lot but not entirely, since you're still generating chi faster than you were at a 3s cast and thus throwing out more CBs. Because of that monks are still going to top meters in those situations, you're just going to do 120-130% of the next class' healing instead of 150-180%.

SCK was a fairly minor and incorrect nerf to healing. All it does is hurt our sustained AOE, which isn't where this bloat in HPS comes from. Although great, it doesn't compare to TFT or Zen Sphere(Pre-nerf) in healing, so they are targeting the wrong spells to get a hold on "overpowered" monk healing.

There are other situations where monk healing is probably too high, but you're either not looking at logs correctly or straight-up delusional if you don't think a hit to SCK->CB was warranted. It was the most blatantly obvious place where monks were too good due to the reasons I stated above, so obviously it was the first place to hit.
the nerf was because even I was doing 3k heals per tick to everyone that was around at level 60. in case you haven't noticed level 60s generally only have between 5-7k health. thats two ticks pretty much full health.
Every healer does ridiculous healing in the low levels. Even if SCK didn't heal at all, you can still push out huge green numbers like crazy. This nerf was aimed at the higher levels.
I will admit It was mildly op for leveling,however, monk healing is just over powered in general for leveling. I shouldn't have done 1M healing overall at level 59 in a wsg game.
