Blizzard.com Pet & Mount

I purchased a pet on Blizzard.com and redeemed the code to my account, but I have yet to receive my pet and mount. When and where will I get my pet and mount?
It will come in the mail, to the first character you log into after it is sent.

They are usually sent immediately, but if you are logged into the game when you redeemed it, it can delay it a bit.
Make sure to fully exit the game, then go back in.

I have to ask if this account was upgraded, or upgraded recently, as your level does not indicate what level of account you are playing currently?

If you recently upgraded, with in the last 72 hours, it might be you do not see the mail yet, due to the social and mail restrictions still on your account.
I just installed the game with all expansions within the past 12 hours.

Online upgrades do take up to 72 hours to process the bank charge, following which you can then receive mail and chat privileges will be given, so it should be in your mail by then.
