Why is enhance so much more RNG.

I play with a good friend and a enhance and there is nothing more frustrating than when I call burst I all I hear is he parried my Ascendance storm strike. I can see not reason while you have the empower that a 40 yard spell can be dodge, blocked or parried. Now it's not as if he as no expertise, he just over raid expertise cap... So why is it that 50% of the time that spell will never land, and it's not as if it's a short CD, it's 3 minutes. This is just an outside view.
Yeah it's pretty BS. I put in a suggestion to make Flurry increase the hit chance of our auto-attacks rather than the attack speed, then just increase attack speed in ascendance. Also for some crazy reason strength classes seem to have a ton of Parry, more than compared to dodge for agility classes. I mean, they're already wearing plate, so I don't get it. I hate RNG.

And you end up gutting a lot of benefit for PvE by doing that.
If you really want to do something similar to increasing hit chance, you should suggest that during Ascendance, that our auto-attacks function with spell hit vs. melee hit. We have a lot of reliance on actual attack speed in PvE (Majorly, our cooldowns).
No nothing like that, it's just that the ability can be dodge, blocked and parried.
