Because the Forsaken are the heirs of the kingdom due to the fact we were the citizens that could not flee.

You wanted to flee but you all died like animals. At least Lordaeron has still living citizens who have ever right to own the city while the dead have no right to own anything. You're just bones and mangled flesh, go be good corpses and lay down in a grave already. After all your time has past.
Undeads in Lordaeron were there as human before...

The only thing is that they have to serve Sylvanas or they get killed.
If Undead are Forsaken why does it say 47 UNDEAD Rogue instead of 47 Forsaken Rogue. srsly blizz needs to fix this.

Tell that to the Scarlet Crusade, who you almost completely wiped out. It wasn't the fact that the Scarlet Crusade couldn't flee, it was the fact that they manned up and REFUSED to flee. Most "Forsaken" would've fled, as most of you were civilians.
Does'nt the scarlet crusade kill anyone that disagrees with them?

And the Forsaken don't?
You can have Undercity, no one cares about that dump anyway. It's toxic and the stench is overwhelming. Good luck lasting more than 5 minutes down there.
Slightly off-topic, but still somewhat related: How awesome would it be if they actually rebuilt Lordaeron and made it into a city in-game?

You aren't a human of Lordaeron. You are a human of Stormwind.

Lolwut? Lordaeron humans and Stormwind humans are, in fact, the same humans.

Retake - That word in itself implies you don't own it. Because you need to take it back.

It actually doesn't. But ok, you can twist whatever logic you want, you don't own the land, you simply possess it.

Guys, it's simple, basic logic. The Forsaken took something that doesn't belong to them. It doesn't mean they own it. It means they're in possession of it. You can twist whatever logic you want, you aren't the rightful owners of the city.

Come and get it, if you dare. We will happily eat your corpse.

How do you eat without a bottom jaw?

I have a spare.
Because blizzard said so..
The Forsaken will be living in Northrend soon.
