Here are some major points:

Alliance will have a incompitent commander in a war and the player may have to take over for them.

Sylvanas will have a major role to play in the ousting of Garrosh.

The blood elves will have a major role in the upcoming patches (5.1+)

THERE WERE MANY OLD GODS KILLED BY THE TITANS ON AZEROTH!?!!?

I haven't listened to it all, but I'll put up more info if I find any.

Alliance will have a stupid commander in a war and the player may have to take over for them.

Siiiiiigh.
There is more about the nature of the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, how it is basicly a Sholazar basin type place and the mogu were using titan flesh shaping devices kind of like the forge that forges earthren in Northrend, only the flesh version.

One evil out, one twice as bad in.

Finally.
Is there a TL;DR version of this? Sorry, but I'm not gonna sit through nearly 2 hours for a single youtube video.
More stuff from the interview as I listen to it:

From what it sounds like in this interview, they basically think they wrote themselves into a wall with draenei and gnomes.

Alliance will band more closely together, more so than ever before. Horde will be falling apart at the seams, Garrosh will keep pushing his agenda harder especially his bit about 'orcs only'.

They've also been talking about and working out all the 'early lore' about what happened when the Titans came to Azeroth, figuring how all the details and such. No reasons stated to why they're doing that though.

The interview only lasts 20 minutes and starts at about the six minute mark.

Same thing I was thinking. Such lame crap. :/
Burn, elves, burn!

Also forgive me for being nitpicky but it was never really said 'on Azeroth' for this particular answer, not that I heard. There's a good chance that's what they meant since all the other questions took place in the context of Azeroth, buuut still.

The interview deals mainly with what we're seeing on Pandaria. None of it is new material if you've done the quests.

There was a question about the lack of story involvement for gnomes and draenei. We were given the same vague answer. "We'll get around to it."

Titans on Pandaria, blah, blah, blah... The sha, blah, blah, blah...

TLDR: Blizzard needs better writers.

Any stated reason why?
Because Blizz hates the Alliance, obviously.

Why exactly isn't it Admiral Taylor or Admiral Rogers?

God forbid that the incompetent commander IS one of them.
