Faction Change Problem

I wanted to faction and realm change this character so I went through the proper channels and when I got to billing I pulled out my wallet to find out that my debit card is expired. I never use it so I had no idea that it was expired. Well now its saying that the transfer is pending and I just want to play, I'll be fine for a week or 2 while waiting for a new debit card. How do I go about cancelling it?
On your account page, click on the transaction history and then order history. It will bring you to your past orders. Click on the order number and there should be a cancel button on the next screen you can click. This worked for me the other day.
It hasnt showed up because it wasn't completed.
