Accidentally cancelled guild server transfer

and now my character is locked and won't let me try again. I submitted a ticket and have yet to hear anything back. Any ideas on what I could do to get it unlocked/speed up the process? I'd greatly appreciate it! :)
If you cancelled it, it should let you try again. If it's not, then you might need to give billing a call for assistance!
I tried to do it again, but when I get into the page where you select the character/guild to transfer, it says Character Locked and won't let me select it. I guess I'll have to try to get through to Billing. Thanks!
