More Game Master

There should be more game master and your request for help should not have to wait days. More then 2 hours is horrible as bug need to be squash during game play.

That is horrible game service as it is not a free play game.
If you want Blizzard to hear your concerns, complaints, comments and/or suggestions, you will have to post in the General Forums. There are no developers on this forum, nor are there SFAs (Support Forum Agents) that can pass on information to the dev team.
Also note that GMs do not handle bugs. If you have encountered one, please do not open a ticket. Either post about the bug on the Bug Report Forum, or use the in-game Bug Report Feature. One of the reasons the GM ticket times get so high is because people put in tickets for things the GMs cannot do anything about.
I think he's saying that a bug occurred and his character needs immediate help to continue questing or such. Those types of things you should definitely put in a ticket for.

That and also because so many people put in tickets that the queue time is rapidly being increased.

As frustrating as the wait can be, blizzards que time isn't actually that bad. I have similar que times when calling the VA, they make you schedule a call back time that can be more than a week later. (And I pay them alot more than 15$ a month =P)

There are lots of people with issues and you just have to wait your turn. I'm just happy bliz has the support they do, other MMO's "support" doesn't come close.
We appreciate the feedback, Moderen, however please note that game masters are unable to assist with the issue you petitioned about. The item you are requesting is part of a quest and as such cannot be restored. This is not a bug.

If you wish to provide feedback about the quest, please do so in the appropriate forum.
There are SFAs here, but they rarely pass information onto the devs/QA.
SFAs (like Roraks there) do monitor these forums. Could they pass it on? Im sure. But its not their job to.. espeicaly when there are places/forums specificaly set up, that the people doing it directly DO read. Cut out the middle man.
