Remote AH not available

I still can't connect after almost two weeks. Multiple tickets opened with moronic NON-ANSWERS from GMs that don't even read my ticket. I am so sick of Blizzard's policy to use spam responses to tickets in the hopes that they solve something without trying.
The option to access the Remote AH hasn't been available to me since Thursday, November 16th. Nothing has changed in my settings or usage. I've tried different locations, computers, browser softwares, etc.
I can access it just fine from my mobile app, but I don't have access to that when at work. Many other people are experiencing this browser issue, but we can't find any answers.
