u can try changing the processor for a start
Your cpu is slow in clock speeds.. Means everything in MOP.

MMK... So gonna get a bit technical on ya here.
AM2+ is your motherboard. Which came with either a AM2 or a AM2+ cpu like your 9650.
However, what they do not tell you is, Your motherboard will run a AM3 cpu. So you can upgrade the cpu. The difference would be, instead of benefiting from a DDR3... You would most likely be stuck with a DDR2 ram. But, upgrading the cpu will definitely boost your pc speed and gaming speed, despite ddr2 or ddr3. We are not interested in ram speed so much. More in cpu clocks. So below I'll add some cpu's you can upgrade to.

triple http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103911
quad http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103871

The triple core 3.3 wouldn't be so bad either.. but the quad core would be better.
Alright, I can see what you meant by the technical part haha. So you are saying my processor is the main thing slowing me down. The ones that you posted are ones that I could order and put in myself without any further issues?

Yes your cpu is the reason for laggy slow game.

Yes.. If you order one of the ones above. Or any am3 processor it will drop right into the motherboard. Everything in the cpu kits is there. The cpu, heatsink, and fan. I would advise after the cpu swap to maybe see if there is a bio's update. But it may not be needed either. But it will run the cpu's regardless what bio's it currently has. You should be just fine. Always discharge yourself before swapping cpu's. Make sure the power supply is off, while still plugged into the wall it's grounded. Touch the casing will discharge any static in your body. And should be ok to change cpu without static damage. Pretty easy.

Update: Just to save you some time.. I checked motherboard out.. Bio's is up to date. So no need to touch. I also did a little reading on cpu, turns out the motherboard will only support 95 watt cpu. So I would advise, not to buy http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103727.(Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 125 watt).. The other two cpu's should be fine being they are 95 watt cpus.
Anything here. Long as it's 95 watt, should be ok. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100006519%2050001028%2040000343%20600005863&IsNodeId=1&name=Socket%20AM3

Higher clock speeds would be triple cores. A quad core even though a tad lower. May come about the same speed. And at times faster. 3.1 quad core would be most likely better than a 3.3 triple core.

Triple cores and 95 watt

Quad cores and 95 watt
Awesome. You gave me the hookup on just the information I was looking for :)
