Cannot play nor reinstall

Launcher simply will not load. After a brief wait a message pops up telling me "A communication error ocurred, please restart. If problems persist contact customer support.".

I have tried every known fix (such as deleting the battle.net folder) and still cannot get the launcher to work. I have even tried to completely delete WoW and reinstall it, but the launcher won't let me do it.

Can you run a trace route and post it?

I would also check your proxy settings, and make sure the Secondary Logon service is running.
